Connex Foundation Inc. will promote and foster opportunities within the facility management, construction, and skilled trades professions while supporting a sustainable pipeline of talent to positively impact individuals and communities in need. 

Mission

The Connex Foundation, Inc., through financial and in-kind donations, develops and implements strategies to support awareness and promote opportunities in the facility management, construction, and skilled trades profession. The Foundation provides scholarships, educational tools, volunteer programs and charity events that connects talent and resources to those in need. 

About Connex Foundation

The Connex Foundation is a 501c3 organization and the philanthropical entity of the ConnexFM Association. Connex Impact!, the original charity project, and educational scholarships are the tactical forces behind the Connex Foundation. The foundation empowers the multi-site facilities industry and expands its ability to execute local charity projects, provide scholarships and elevate the industry as a whole in an effort shrink the skilled trades gap.
