Join the Connex Foundation for a morning of teamwork, impact, and inspiration at the Mid-Year Impact Event! Taking place alongside the ConnexFM Mid-Year Conference, this dynamic event offers attendees the chance to give back and have a ton of fun while doing it. Make this event a TEAM BUILDING EVENT FOR YOUR COMPANY!!

Main Event: Build-a-Bike Event

Let’s build 100 bikes in just 2 hours—for kids who need them most!

Join us for a fast-paced, high-impact team-building experience where ConnexFM members will come together to assemble 100 brand-new 20” bikes, complete with helmets and locks, for deserving children in the Arlington, Texas area.

Here’s how it works:

✅ Teams of 3 will work together to build each bike

✅ 20–30 minutes to complete each build

✅ Two rounds of inspections by local leaders

This isn’t just about teamwork, it’s about giving back. All completed bikes will be distributed through carefully vetted charities, so you know your work is making a real, measurable difference.

In partnership with ConnexFM, the Connex Foundation Fundraising Committee invites you to join us for a night celebrating charity, kindness, and community—set against the breathtaking views of AT&T Stadium, one of the most iconic facilities in the country. This unforgettable night cap is aimed at bringing together industry professionals and allies of the foundation in a relaxed yet energized setting that reflects the best of ConnexFM’s spirit.
